Eating chocolate can lead to a feeling of well-being and have a calming effect on one's state of mind. The same can be said for a well-designed site and a seamless content management system that easily handles large daily bulk orders and monthly subscriptions. Ohso is definitely one our most enjoyable and tasty projects we have worked on in recent months, showcasing a smart front-end design and slick high-end admin interface. We are also currently working on a clean smart mobile interface design for mobile addicts.

This has been a really great project to design and work on. The Content Management System is totally bespoke and allows Cox and Cox to control every aspect of the site including the header and footer backgrounds, allowing for multiple designs. All the flash content is completely dynamic and controlled by the client through the CMS.



A little bit of history
In 1985, Nick and Pam Cox launched their inaugural showroom and design studio, Cox & Cox. Since then, this dynamic and vibrant partnership has been providing the best in bespoke and timeless interior design for residential, commercial and nautical projects for clients throughout the UK and Europe.

In 2007 Nick and Pam’s son, Tom Cox joined the team. Tom’s background and expertise in business and management has resulted in improved delivery and project implementation for clients. The in-house design studio employs a talented team of interior designers, visualisers and project managers. Mustard Monkey is a web portal that focuses exclusively on the promotion of home related products. In a nutshell, the Mustard Monkey website is a product portal for promoting household items. Yip, it's an aggregation site that brings together hundreds of products. As the web design agency, Internet Dreams Studio have created a unique website that is designed to promote retailers by increasing the number of customer acquisitions and product sales that they currently receive.

Flutteroo is a national real time auction site that allows users to win great prizes by playing three different online games. The site has recently been expanded, providing its auction engine to the Daily Star and Daily Express.

Perfume Point required a new ecommerce web site to promote the sale of designer fragrances at unbelievably low prices.

The Fragrance Shop wanted a complete ecommerce web site redesign to complement their national chain of over 100 high street shops.

Over the last year our web design agency’s reputation has expanded outside of the United Kingdom. We have been busy creating web sites for businesses throughout the world, especially focussing in Dubai and the Middle East.

Kalam TV (www.kalam.tv) approached Internet Dreams Studio to redesign their video portal from the ground up.



The site focuses on the Middle East market, but a full English version will be launched in the near future; currently the site is in Farsi, Arabic and Urdu. For us London based designers it was good fun designing the site to work from both left to right and right to left.

The web site offers Kalam a fully content managed solution with multi-lingual content control through a custom RTL/LTR language management module. A bespoke video, audio conversion and encoding solution featuring automatic FLV creation from multiple video formats including high definition saves Kalam over 1300% in third party processing fees each year.

We were very pleased to be awarded the web design and development contract for the new SLaM Members website. The marketing guys over at SLaM found us by doing a search for 'Web Design London' and 'Web Agency' which we do very nicely on. Our key objective for this project was to ensure we delivered a modern well presented members site that would stand head and shoulders above all the other NHS sites we had ever seen.



The site provides a platform for more membership sign-ups and to encourage members of the public to support SLaM. The site also provides a solid platform for loads of content from news through to events, public documents and video content. There is also a discussion forum to post up and discuss any issues or questions you may have.



The site also features alot of fancy XHTML/CSS coding, the option to play with the colour palette and slick interaction in different parts of the site.

It’s been a long time coming, we hope it was worth the wait. Our last design did us proud for a couple of years but it was time for something fresh. Web design agencies need to reinvent themselves, well that’s what we believe. Check out some of the cool features in the article below, the new site has some nifty things to offer and we would love to hear from you.



We have added a toolbox feature to the site allowing visitors to customise the site colours and backgrounds (tool box below is just an image). You can then save the preferences you prefer. We did this so that we could keep the site fresh as we also get bored of looking at the same design all the time. This way it's a bit more fun.


Have a look at some of the results when playing around with the settings. We were thinking of allowing visitors to upload there own, but decided against since that could get a bit dodgy :)
